You may encounter a situation that you need to share some documents to be used or referred to during your presentation. When you have your audience in a meeting room this can be done by for example handing out hardcopies of the document, but how to do this during a virtual presentation / during a webcast?
Sending the documents via email during your presentation may be a problem due to delays that some may encounter to receive the email (slow internet connection), especially with larger documents / files. A good alternative may be to have them download the files before the presentation, or send the files per email before the presentation starts. To avoid your audience to look into the documents before you start the presentation to provide relevant context / instructions, you may opt to include the documents in a zip file that is secured with a password or a PDF document that has a password. During your presentation, you can give your audience the password to open the relevant document / zip file.
