Animations can be used as part of various aspects during your webcast presentation. For example an animation on the presentation slides that you are using or an animation as part of the virtual background that you have.
Like any live presentation, you should be careful also with using animations during a virtual webcast presentation. Whatever is moving on a screen will track automatic attention from your audience. Hence, for each animation you should consider if this is something that you want your audience to pay attention too. If yes, you may want to use an animation. Also don’t overdo it by having too many animations. There is only so much that your audience can handle. If you have too many animations it will start to look unorganized and it will not be clear anymore for your audience what to focus on / look at. If the screen start to look like a pinball machine, it may get very confusing for your audience to focus on the ball.
