When you want to give your presentation an interesting twist you could opt for different alternatives. One example is to give your presentation backwards. For example when you present something about a change / innovation, you could tell your audience that this also implies doing things differently and therefore you try to give your presentation backwards. This means that you will start with the summary and conclusion and work your way towards the introduction and agenda which will be at the end of the presentation.
This also implies that you need to ask your audience to start with an applause. Then you thank them for listening to your presentation (and active contribution if you want that to happen) and provide a high level overview of what was (will be) discussed and the conclusion. You will have some interesting brain twisters, for example if you need to introduce another speaker, you will need to do this by thanking them for what they are about to say. For example “thank you xxxx for talking to us about ….” After the other person has spoken you can say “Before I hand it over to xxx to talk about ….” You see that this will create some interesting brain twisters, but overall you give an interesting twist to your presentation which will be memorable.
