Record yourself as part of your preparation for your next presentation

As you know, practice makes perfect. This is also valid for a presentation. When you are practicing for a presentation, you can also record yourself. You can use this recording to have a look at how you performed / listen back to your presentation.

You can record the entire presentation, but also some critical parts of your presentation. For example when you are planning to tell an important story as part of your presentation you can just record the story. When you listen back to it, does it come across as intended? Was it interesting to listen to? Was the story line easy to follow? Did you make the story come alive? Was the timing ok or was it too long or too short? Was your tone of voice ok? Take advantage of recording (parts of) your presentation as part of the preparation for your next presentation. Use it to further improve your presentation.
