A great presentation starts with a great preparation. There are many factors that you can control, but there are also factors that you can’t control. Snow if a factor that could make it very difficult or nearly impossible to reach the destination where you will give your presentation. Not only for you but also for your audience.
With modern technology the weather forecasters are better able to predict when and where it will snow. Check the weather conditions before your presentation. Do you need to include more time to reach the presentation location? What about your audience, will they encounter the same issues based on where they need to come from? Also is there snow predicted during or after your presentation and do you expect members of your audience wanting to leave earlier to avoid getting stuck in traffic due to the snow? Is it safe for you and your audience to reach the location due to the weather conditions or is it better to have your presentation during a different timeslot? Consider the (snow) weather conditions as part of the preparation for your next presentation.
