It is always good to reflect back on the public speaking activities that you had (presentations, speeches, etc.) to learn how to further improve your public speaking skills. The end of the year provides a nice opportunity to think about the past year. What public speaking activities did you had?
Did you take advantage of all the opportunities? How did it go? What went well and where are the areas for improvement?
What about the preparation for the presentations or trainings you gave? Was it enough? What would you do differently next time? What was the trend in the quality of your presentations / speeches?
What feedback did you receive during the year and what did you do with it? Reflect back on the year and use that to summarize lessons learned and define actions for the coming year.
