You may want to offer your audience to contact you through various social media channels. Have a look at where your audience is located on social media. Is it Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Yammer, Youtube, Slack, Instagram, etc.?

Align your messaging to what makes sense and where your audience has a presence. Also think about the time it takes for you to follow-up on multiple social media channels. If you offer to address follow-up questions from your audience through multiple different social media channels, you do need to keep your promise. If you don’t check or get notifications for questions and leave any questions unanswered for a long time, it doesn’t work in your favour. In that case it is better to keep it simple and have give your audience only one way of contacting you for questions instead of multiple options.
