Do you have the “critical mass” in your audience to present to?

The location that you have should suit the number of persons that you have in the audience. When you realize that a large number of persons in your audience didn’t show up, you should change the setting of your presentation. Maybe instead of standing on a stage, in front of the persons, arrange for a round table type of setting.

 

Think about these “what if” type of scenarios before your presentation, so that you don’t get caught by surprise. You will appear to be more professional if you can change the setting of your presentation to suit the number of persons in your audience.
