Sometimes you want to present some concepts and enhance the scientific reliability of study that was done for these concepts. How can you do this? You can obviously make reference to the study that was done that is supporting the concepts / matters that you are presenting. Telling something about the experience of the institution that did the study, the length of the study and methodology applied (i.e. number of persons interviewed / observed) may support in backing up the reliability of the concepts that you are about to present to your audience.
There are also some things that you can do with your presentation material that will make it appear supported by science. One example is how to present things on a presentation slide. I list with bullet points is not the best way to present certain concepts that you want to present. Putting each concept in a circle may be better, but if you want to have it look more scientifically correct and more sophisticated you can include the text for each concept title in a hexagon. A slide with hexagons makes it appear more advanced / scientific, compared to a slide with circles that include text. Ad a footnote with the source of the information (referring to a well known scientific research institute for example) will add to the reliability of the information that you are presenting.
Important disclaimer: Do make sure that you correctly reflect the scientific reality to what you are presenting to your audience. It is never a good idea to lie or to make things appear proofed
by science when they are not.
