Remember to check the room temperature well in advance of your presentation. Hot rooms will put people to sleep and you want full attention of your audience. Therefore check the room temperature in advance and try to get it fixed if it is too hot. Also the people in the room will act as a “radiator”. Therefore if the empty room is already too hot it will get worse when people enter the room and you need to get started.
The Public Speaking Kit includes a book that comes with a free checklist that includes the room temperature check and many more items that you need to get right in your mission to be recognized as an excellent public speaker. Note that the checklist is only available for a limited period of time.
