Showing a video as part of your presentation may be a good idea. You do need to consider that there is a bigger risk for failure if you are not in full control of all equipment. The combination
of moving images and sound isn’t always easy to get to work during your presentation. Make sure you have tested the proper working of the video and sound before the start of your presentation.
Allow for sufficient time for testing.
In case sound is not working or volume is too low you may consider the following to resolve the issue:
1) Does the video has sound? Is the volume of the video high enough? <Check video on other device>
2) Volume setting not on mute or low on computer that plays the video? <Check volume settings device>
3) Volume output computer connected?
<Check connections>
4) Audio speaker system on / able to play sound?
<Check settings audio speaker system>
5) Projector volume settings are ok? In some cases the sound of the video is looped through the projector. Therefore also make sure that the volume control on the projector is
correctly set. <Check projector volume settings>
